Movement looks different for every body and our work together is an invitation to embody yoga beyond the poses. I see this practice as a journey to center, one that is accessible to every body. Private or group, seated or standing, the invitation is the same – come back to what you already know.

A private session starts with a conversation, not a sequence. I want to know where your body has been holding on, and what you are hoping to feel different, whether that is physical relief, emotional ease, or something closer to spiritual connection. Every session has a shape, sometimes the body as a house, mapped room by room; sometimes as simple as coming back to breath. If you return, and most people do, we build on what we already know.
Group classes hold the same spirit at a different pace. A shared room, a shared breath, still rooted in the same idea as every private session. You do not need experience. You only need curiosity.
Yoga has never required one particular kind of body to belong to it. Adaptive yoga meets you exactly where you are, seated, supported, moving through whatever range is available today. The practice adjusts to the body in front of me. Never the other way around.
Move the body. Slow the breath. Widen the attention. Somatic work, breathwork, and yoga nidra help the nervous system return to a baseline it already knows, not through force, but through simple, repeatable practices you can reach for in the middle of an ordinary day.
