About Sarah

Hi, I'm Sarah, a yoga teacher and herbalist based in the Salt Lake City area, endlessly curious about the natural world and what it has to teach us.

I have been practicing yoga for over 25 years, spent years steeped in Ayurveda, and have a deep ongoing relationship with meditation, breathwork, somatic practice, and nervous system regulation. All of this and more have shaped how I have been teaching over the last 8 years. I teach community classes, private sessions, workshops, and lead retreats where I share practical tools for coming back to center.

Somewhere along the way, the plants pulled me in too. I trained as a Vitalist Herbal Practitioner and fell into a deep fascination with Traditional Chinese Medicine. I find purpose and peace in my garden, hands in the soil, contributing to the earth's own reciprocity. I founded Wasatch Pantry, where we sell herbal teas and wellness products made from homegrown, organic herbs, grown with love.

Years of practice has a way of showing you how it all connects. The mat, the garden, the body, the earth, and the natural cycles of it all.

Today, Swelliver Yoga holds all of it. I believe the smallest shifts matter most. What happens in one body, in one garden, in one quiet meditation, ripples outward whether we can trace it or not. Tend to yourself first. Tend to the people right in front of you next. The collective changes the same way a garden does, one root, one season, one return to center at a time.

I show up to all of it with my whole heart. I am so glad you are here, and I would love to work with you.
